Breeding with responsibility and love in Puebla.
Poms Río de Luna was founded in 2004 by Dr. Claudia Nilda Macías Juárez, an anesthesiologist who brought to breeding the same rigor she brought to medicine. The kennel is carried on today by her son, José Armando Ramírez Macías, in the way she established it: breeding isn’t just a passion — it’s an ethical commitment. Since our beginnings we’ve been dedicated to preserving the integrity of the Pomeranian breed, prioritizing health and temperament over passing trends.
Our puppies grow up in a family environment, free of cages and surrounded by affection, ensuring every Pomeranian that leaves our home is a balanced, happy companion.

Animal Welfare
Our philosophy is built on the Five Freedoms of animal welfare. Every decision we make is guided by absolute respect for the life and dignity of our dogs.
Freedom from hunger and thirst
Constant access to fresh water and a high-quality, breed-specific balanced diet.
Freedom from discomfort
A suitable environment that includes shelter and a comfortable resting area inside the house, never in kennels.
Freedom from pain and disease
Prevention through regular veterinary checkups, vaccination, and fast diagnosis.
Freedom to express normal behavior
Enough space and company of their own species to play and socialize naturally.
Freedom from fear and distress
Conditions and treatment that avoid mental suffering, promoting positive socialization.
